WE HAVE A COLLECTIVE SHARED PROBLEM

WE HAVE A COLLECTIVE SHARED PROBLEM

A Call for Independent Infrastructure
A Call for Independent Infrastructure

The landscape of modern web infrastructure has been hollowed out. We have traded performance, transparency, and ownership for the "conglomerate model"—where once-independent brands are consolidated under parent companies that prioritize debt servicing and aggressive upselling over server stability and user autonomy. Worse, this model has reinforced a technocratic cage, utilizing AI that mimics human interaction to deflect real issues—a development far more insidious than the bot farms of the past.

It is my view that the time to build an alternative is now. It is my plan to launch a company dedicated to restoring a "customer and infrastructure-first" philosophy. We are building a cooperative, not a conglomerate, to put people back in the driver’s seat.

The Problem: The Conglomerate Tax

Millions of small businesses and developers are trapped in an ecosystem owned by giants like Newfold Digital. We are suffering under the weight of excessive data hoarding that serves no purpose for the end-user. The reality of this landscape is stark:

  • Decaying Infrastructure: When the focus shifts to maximizing profit over independence and privacy, investment in actual hardware and network capacity grinds to a halt.

  • The "Support" Mirage: Technical support is often outsourced or automated into oblivion. We are trapped in cycles of AI-controlled scripts, leaving us without solutions for complex, real-world infrastructure issues.

  • Vendor Lock-in: Through "App Market" gimmicks and bundled, proprietary services, these conglomerates make it intentionally difficult to migrate away, effectively holding your digital assets hostage.

Our Mission: Independent, US-Based, Transparent

My goal is to build a company that treats web hosting as the public utility it is.

Our mission stands on three core pillars:

  1. True Independence: We are not a portfolio company. We are privately held and committed to remaining so. No "exit" to a conglomerate—ever.

  2. US-Based Operations: We are committed to human support teams who are properly trained and focused on doing their jobs—prioritizing technical reliability over political noise. We are keeping the entire stack local to ensure legal transparency and high-touch service.

  3. Infrastructure, Not Add-ons: We reject the practice of selling you limited, proprietary "website builders" or suites of unnecessary third-party marketing tools. Our focus is on raw, high-performance computing, clean networking, and reliable storage. We provide the foundation, leaving the power in your hands to utilize your own code.

Why I Need You

To be clear, no one person ever does everything alone and infrastructure is a capital-intensive business. In order to build a robust, redundant, and secure platform that competes with the giants without adopting their predatory pricing or business models, we need a community of backers who care about the internet's backbone and its original, foundational ethics.

Your contribution goes directly toward:

  • Hardware Procurement: Investing in enterprise-grade, high-availability server hardware.

  • Network Redundancy: Establishing direct peering connections to ensure speed and uptime.

  • Human-First Support: Hiring skilled systems administrators—not script-readers—to manage our environment and facilitate real member-to-member communication.

The Road Ahead: Building a Cooperative

We believe in the power of an open, independent internet. By backing this project, you aren't just funding a company; you are casting a vote against the centralization of the web into a select handful of investment firms and technocracies. We are fighting against digital enslavement.

We are building for the developers, the creators, and the small business owners who are tired of being treated as "user acquisition metrics."

We can start with this Church to get the foundations in place. We can develop classic entertainment options ready for the present. Together we can create a Cooperative rather than a Conglomerate and put people back in the driver's seat.

  • Remember this if nothing else.

  • We are not chasing trends; we are here to start them.

Join me in building the infrastructure the internet deserves. Thank you for your consideration, interest, and support. Please share this with others who are ready to take back control.

As I look toward utilizing this Church as our foundational hub, what specific community features or resource sharing you would like to see and find most valuable to prioritize for our initial members rests on your contributions, both financial and technical. That's just the reality.

Let us take our freedoms and country back and clean up the mess the conglomerates and those with too many foreign interests have dumped upon all of us for far too long.
