The Church does not endorse, monitor, or assume responsibility for any copyrighted material uploaded, shared, or distributed by individuals or entities unaffiliated with its official editorial or doctrinal body.

Individuals who violate the DMCA are held solely and personally responsible for such violations and for any resulting legal consequences. The Church bears no responsibility for the actions of such individuals and will not be party to any claims, defenses, or liabilities arising from their conduct.

Furthermore, the First Church of Druwayu reserves the right to pursue legal action against any individual or entity who, through negligence—whether willful, reckless, or inadvertent—damages the reputation, integrity, or doctrinal clarity of this Church. Such actions will be treated as direct violations of the Church’s foundational principles and may be escalated without further notice.

Counter-Notice

  2. Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.

  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.

  4. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.

  5. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notice or an agent of such person.

 

Repeat Infringers

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, we have adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We may also, at our sole discretion, limit access to the website and/or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.
