We have traded performance, transparency, and ownership for the "conglomerate model"—where once-independent brands are consolidated under parent companies that prioritize debt servicing and aggressive upselling over server stability and user autonomy. Worse, this model has reinforced a technocratic cage, utilizing AI that mimics human interaction to deflect real issues—a development far more insidious than the bot farms of the past.

It is my view that the time to build an alternative is now. It is my plan to launch a company dedicated to restoring a "customer and infrastructure-first" philosophy. We are building a cooperative, not a conglomerate, to put people back in the driver’s seat.
