BECOME A HALLOWED WARLOCK OR WITCH

Enter your information for consideration of being a recognized member of clergy. Just select your proper title (Warlock for a man and Witch for a woman). We use the term "Hallowed" in the same context as others use "Ordained," just as Holy and Sacred are used in the same context.

Spiritual & Ethical Commitments

1. I affirm I have used my true legal first and last name (not assumed name or nickname).

2. I affirm I am at least 18 years old, of sound mind, and seek to be Hallowed of my own free will.

3. I understand Hallowing is a religious designation protected under U.S. First Amendment law (U.S. Const. amend. I) and is our term for ordination and consecration.

4. I will act with honesty, integrity, and respect in accordance with ORS 40.260 (Oregon clergy-penitent privilege).

5. I will not use my Hallowing for fraudulent or harmful purposes (18 U.S. Code § 1341).

6. I accept full ethical responsibility for my conduct as clergy.

Legal & Responsibility Statements

1. Hallowing grants religious authority, including marriage rites, subject to local/state law (ORS 106.120).

2. I comply with IRS 508(c)(1)(A) and Publication 1828—no Form 1023 required.

3. Hallowing may not be recognized by secular or foreign agencies.

4. Hallowing is not a secular license or credential (U.S. Const. amend. X).

5. I indemnify the Church from all liability tied to my Hallowing.

Clergy Conduct & Liability

1. I am fully responsible for all actions, words, and ceremonies.

2. The Church bears zero legal liability for my conduct (ORS 31.715).

3. I will not impersonate secular authority or misuse clergy status.

4. I will not violate any law in my role (UDHR Article 18).

5. Misuse triggers revocation and public rebuttal.

Church Relationship & Governance

1. Hallowing may be revoked for violating Church principles.

2. My name and record will be kept in the Church registry.

3. Hallowing is permanent unless revoked—no renewal required.

4. It is a spiritual designation, not employment or income.

5. I accept all Church policies, rules, bylaws and constitutional mandates.
