WE WON DEFENDING OUR REPUTATION!

Original Notice:
Public Notification of message sent to Scam-Detector for false, misleading and inaccurate information.
To: Scam-Detector.com Subject: Formal Complaint and Demand for Immediate Correction Regarding False Information About The First Church of Druwayu
Dear Scam-Detector Editorial Team,
I am writing on behalf of The First Church of Druwayu, a federally recognized nonprofit religious organization, to formally demand the immediate correction of multiple false, misleading, and damaging statements published on your website regarding our Church and its founder.
Your listing for druwayu.com contains numerous factual inaccuracies that misrepresent the Church’s identity, structure, and legitimacy. These errors are not only negligent—they are defamatory and pose reputational harm to a federally protected New Religious Movement (NRM). The following points require urgent correction:
1. Organization: Sybirathia LLC — FALSE The First Church of Druwayu is not affiliated with, registered under, nor operated by Sybirathia LLC. Sybirathia LLC was a game development company that ceased operations several years ago due to the COVID-19 pandemic. It has no legal, operational, or doctrinal connection to the Church.
2. Owner: Raymond Foster — PARTIALLY CORRECT Raymond S. G. Foster is the founder and High Elder Warlock of the Church. However, he does not represent Sybirathia LLC in any capacity related to Druwayu. They are and were two separate thing.
3. Address: 200 S Longview Way #20 — FALSE This is a private residence and not a Church facility. The First Church of Druwayu is an online religious institution, and its operations are not tied to any physical address. Furthermore, the unit number listed is incorrect and subject to change.
4. Email: druwayu.com@wix-domains.com — FALSE This is not a functional or authorized contact address. The Church’s domain is hosted via Wix and was purchased through GoDaddy, but all communications are directed through the official Contact Us form on www.druwayu.com.
5. Telephone: +1.4159496022 — FALSE This number does not belong to the Church, its founder, or any authorized representative. Publishing this as a Church contact is misleading and potentially exposes private individuals to harassment.
These inaccuracies must be removed or corrected immediately.
The Church is a legally recognized nonprofit religious organization, registered with the Oregon Secretary of State, listed with Dun & Bradstreet, and issued a Federal EIN by the IRS. Under Section 508(c)(1)(A) of the Internal Revenue Code and IRS Publication 1828, Druwayu is automatically tax-exempt as a religious entity and does not require Form 1023. Donations are tax-deductible, and the Church complies fully with the Johnson Amendment.
The Church’s founding date is October 1, 2024, following over 30 years of doctrinal development. Its legitimacy is further protected under the First Amendment and the Religious Freedom Restoration Act (RFRA). Druwayu’s non-traditional structure is consistent with legal precedents such as Church of Lukumi Babalu Aye v. City of Hialeah (1993) and Universal Life Church v. United States (1984).
Let it be clearly stated: The First Church of Druwayu is entirely independent from organizations such as the Church of Scientology, Unitarian Universalists, Church of Lukumi Babalu Aye, and Universal Life Church. Any implication of affiliation is false and legally actionable.
Demand for Action: We request that you:
Remove all references to Sybirathia LLC in connection with Druwayu.
Correct the contact information to reflect the Church’s online-only status.
Remove the private residence address and unrelated phone number.
Reassess and update your trust score based on verifiable documentation.
Issue a public correction or retraction to mitigate reputational harm.
Failure to comply may result in legal action for defamation, misrepresentation, and reputational damage. While the Church prefers resolution through dialogue, it will not hesitate to pursue all available remedies under U.S. law.
You may verify the Church’s legitimacy through IRS correspondence, Oregon state filings, and organizational documentation upon request.
Sincerely, Raymond S. G. Foster
Founder and High Elder
The First Church of Druwayu
