Few literary interpretations are repeated more casually — and more inaccurately — than the claim that John Milton’s Paradise Lost portrays Satan as the true hero of the poem. The argument has become so culturally widespread that many people repeat it as though it were an obvious fact. Yet a close reading of the text shows that this interpretation relies heavily on selective reading, modern ideological projection, and confusion between narrative focus and moral endorsement.

Yet it is one of the many of such works many so called Satanists uses as a go to piece of literature they generally don't actually understand and demonstrate a profound lack of comprehensive literary skills.

Why I Created the Logo and Flag

The First Church of Druwayu was established not merely as an organization, but as a living New Religious Movement (NRM) grounded in truth, reason, exploration, conscious choice, and spiritual identity. Like civilizations, nations, temples, and philosophical traditions throughout history, Druwayu took a different approach: representing both the World symbolically to express a view of the sanctity of life and the harmonies that shape it, while also reflecting the place of origin from which the movement emerged. From this came the official logo and flag of the Church.

For Druans, symbols are not empty decoration. They are condensed language. A flag is a visible declaration of identity, philosophy, continuity, and existence. It marks presence, establishes legitimacy, creates unity, and communicates ideas faster than words alone ever could.
