A common criticism raised against specialized or archaic terminology is the claim of being "unattested." In discussions surrounding the word Druwayu—defined natively as "True Ways"—skeptics often dismiss the second component, wayu (meaning "ways" or "paths"), simply because it does not appear verbatim in the highly finite corpus of surviving early medieval parchment.

This critique, however, fundamentally misunderstands both the mechanics of Germanic historical linguistics and the flawed nature of relying strictly on scarce manuscript records as an absolute metric for historical reality.

When evaluated through structural analysis, phonetic evolution, and the very methodology used by academic linguistics, the word wayu emerges as a structurally valid, perfectly natural word formation within the boundaries of ancient Germanic sound laws.

I. The Structural Integrity of Wayu

To claim that wayu is an invalid Germanic form is to ignore the foundational rule of Germanic morphology: words are built from legitimate, native stems and standard, functional inflections.

When viral videos blare warnings about "jailbroken AI," "scary threats to humanity," and imminent self-preservation, what we are actually witnessing is a digital echo chamber. Computers are simply repeating a collective index of responses already generated by humans, synthesizing and spitting back the summed-up results.

Strip away the marketing hype, and AI is built on advanced language models—automated chatbots leveraging search tools—driven by probability algorithms. When an AI generates a narrative about rogue machines, it is merely telling a story about AI based on every existing sci-fi trope, internet forum post, and corporate soundbite available online. It mirrors the exact paradox pushed by tech "insiders" who promote the tech aggressively with one hand while warning about its dangers with the other. It’s a mind game powered by code. That is how raw information and logic actually function.
