CREDENTIAL CREATION
Proposal for Volunteer Involvement in the Development and Production of Credentials for the First Church of Druwayu
Dear Members,
The First Church of Druwayu seeks your support in volunteering for the development and production of official credentials for hallowed members of our clergy. These credentials, as exemplified by the attached sample certificate for Raymond S. G. Foster (dated October 1, 2024), serve as a vital symbol of recognition and authority within our community. We invite you to join this meaningful endeavor, which enhances both the officiating capabilities of our members and the prestige of our clergy.
Purpose and Value of Credentials
The official Credential of Hallowing, featuring our sacred emblem (the golden shield with the trident cross, laurel branches, and star), certifies an individual’s lifelong hallowing as a member of the Druwayu clergy. This document authorizes hallowed members to perform essential duties, including weddings, funerals, teaching, conducting meetings, and hallowing new clergy into our Church and religion. As seen in the sample, the credential includes:
Personal Identification: Name, date of hallowing , and a unique card number.
Legal and Spiritual Authority: A formal statement entrusting the hallowed member with privileges, ensuring recognition for officiating rites and ceremonies.
Accountability and Continuity: Conditions for retaining hallowing (e.g., avoiding illegal activities or misuse of privileges) and a QR code linking to our website for verification.
Example of Card:

Note:
In Druwayu, the term “Hallowed” serves the role that is elsewhere often described as “ordained.” Yet unlike “ordained,” which derives from notions of being ordered or commanded, Hallowed” more directly conveys the state of being made whole. It carries, even in figurative use, the weight of being rendered holy, worthy, dedicated or consecrated.
Example Certificate

Consider this:
These credentials are not merely ceremonial; they provide legal standing in many jurisdictions for officiating marriages and other rites, fostering the growth and legitimacy of our community. For clergy, they affirm their sacred role and commitment, while for members, they offer a tangible connection to our shared faith.
Volunteer Opportunities
We need your skills and enthusiasm to bring this project to life. Volunteer roles include:
Benefits of Involvement
Community Strengthening: Your contribution ensures every hallowed member is equipped to serve, enhancing our Church’s visibility and influence.
Skill Development: Volunteers will gain experience in design, production, and organizational tasks, applicable to personal and professional growth.
Spiritual Fulfillment: Participate in a sacred duty that upholds the integrity and continuity of Druwayu’s clergy.
Call to Action
We propose forming a volunteer committee to oversee this initiative, starting with a planning meeting on. Please indicate your interest by leaving a message at Contact | First Church of Druwayu.
Together, we can ensure that every hallowed member of our clergy holds a credential that reflects our faith’s pride and purpose. Let’s build this legacy as a community.
